We had our home listed with another realtor for 8 months prior to moving to Sandy/ReMax. Sandy recommended a pre-inspection, which we completed (we found exceptional value in doing this). She also spent extra $ to do 360 pictures/video of our home which I believe was extremely valuable in the marketing of our home. She then talked about our home to peers, sharing the value of our home, so they would recommend it to their buyers. We were fortunate that those discussions led to our home being shown to a couple that had been searching for a home in our area. That happened 2 days after Sandy had placed her sign in our yard. We received an offer less than 24 hours later! We attribute that all to Sandy!!
Sandy was a gem to work with. I'm half sad our process is over and we won't be communicating often anymore! She was friendly, professional, extremely helpful and made our process fun. We are forever grateful for Sandy!
