Working with Josh to sell our house was a pleasure. We were in a situation where we had to sell our house on short notice, and Josh seemed to have no issues fitting us into his busy schedule. He was able to instruct us on a listing price and make predictions based on the market in our area. All of which turned out to be accurate and we were able to sell the house for the requested price. The pictures Josh took for the house listing were excellent, and probably part of the reason the house was only on the market for one day before it was under contract. When ever we had questions about different situations and potential buyers Josh provided sound advise. Our situation required that my wife and I had to work with Josh from out of state. Josh maintained daily contact with us and was able to meet with all contractors that needed to do work on the house. The entire process took two months from listing the house for sale to the final closing.

Josh was great. He took time out of his personal schedule to show us any house we were interested in. He made sure to hit all of the necessities we wanted and worked around our schedules.
