My husband and I met Kristin at an open house. We knew instantly we wanted her as our realtor. At the open house we told her what we were looking for and later that day she sent us potential properties and even got us into a unit to view at the last minute. Kristin is so knowledgeable about the market and entire purchase process, she has her clients best interest at heart and fights for what is best for them. Even when we almost changed our minds and considered a different property than we were under contract for, she was right on top of it, helping us figure out what was best for us. Kristin was amazing! When I started the home buying process, I visited open houses and met Kristin. She instantly stood apart from all others. She was friendly and engaging. I felt like I was talking to a friend. 15 mins of conversation after the walkthrough was all there was. I was working with a different realtor and was trying to figure out what my family needed. That same evening, Kristin sent an email containing the same homes I had saved from searchs! What? She really listened!. From a 15 min conversation, Kristin knew exactly what I was looking for. The realtor I had, whom I spoken with many times for 3 weeks, had not sent a single listing or suggestion! In fact he was a no show for that day! It was already a trend and had stood me up for several showings. It was an easy decision to call Kristin, being that she already grasped what I was looking for. I called 11 pm at night on a Saturday night expecting to get a voice mail but she personally answered. I was frantic and terrified we would lose a hone we had to see on our own and didnt know what the next steps were. Needless to say, I switched realtors and learned more in a single phone call than I had working with someone else for 3 weeks. I cut the other realtor and moved forward with Kristin. It was clear with email #1, Kristin cared and was driven as much as we were to find a home. She is such an honest and sincere person. Shes driven and focused, she really took the guess work out of the process. Within 3 days, we were under contract. I know for a fact, without her, we would still be looking.
