About nine months ago, i found myself hearbroken with the weight of the world on my shoulders. My dad passed away unexpectedly from a massive heart attack and i needed to handle the many tasks involved in reference to settling his estate. One of those tasks was the sale of his home. His home was in Jersey and me and my family were not in Jersey. I needed to find a real estate agent. I called up a friend of mine (a real estate agent) and i asked for the name of a real estate agent in Jersey that could help me. My friend gave me the name of Mr. Edward T. McNally and my friend said that he was "the best". Well, Mr. Edward T. McNally soon became Ed to me and my family and i can tell you that "the best" did not do Ed justice. Ed is the better than the best of the best! He knows the market like the back of his hand. Any problem that arose was handled quickness and expertise. When it comes to negotiating, Ed is a master in the art of going back and forth. Ed makes himself available. When i called Ed, he always answered. If he could not talk at that particular moment, he would call you back the same day. Ed answer every question that i had in a clear, professional manner. I always knew exactly what and why because Ed 100% kept me informed. On top of all of that, Ed is a great human who understands the human condition. Ed understood that i was heartbroken that my dad died (still am). Ed understood that i am a super busy wife and mother to three daughters. Ed understood how some extended family can be when it comes to an estate (hellish). Ed was kind to me. He gave me a minute when i needed it and related to what i was going through. Ed helped my wife and I purchase our first home this year, and while we had some issues with the property (abandoned oil tank among other things) the people Ed recommended for the inspection caught all the problems, and through negotiation with the contract the seller agreed to complete all requested repairs. I can not recommend Ed highly enough, without his guidance and and expertise I do not think I would be in the house with all the issues resolved if I had chosen another realtor. 2017

Where to begin... n nI'd like to preface by saying that I never heard of or met Ed McNally prior to utilizing him as my realtor. Ed was referred to me by one of his clients. My goal was to find a property that needed minimal to no work as an investment property (owner/occupant). n nEd turned me away from more properties than he approved of. Why, you may ask. Because he is a good and honest man. He had my best interests at heart throughout the entire experience. He guided me through the process and helped to put me in the best situation possible. n nEd is jack of all trades. Clearly his many years in the business have paid off, he an expert on EVERYTHING. He knows the ins and outs of building materials, appliances, structural integrity, quality vs shoddy craftsmanship, etc. n nEd went above and beyond in this transaction and often completed duties a normal realtor would not due. n nFinal food for thought: I NEVER take the time to leave a review (even though I often rely on them), but I jumped at the chance to leave these remarks about Ed. Ed McNally was a courteous, kind, well-spoken, and proactive realtor who sold our home in S. Jersey in a reasonable period of time. He was responsive to my calls and requests, and did a good job negotiating and sealing the deal. I was disappointed with the final sale price, but I don't blame Ed for that, unfortunately the housing market is still weak. I would, however, highly recommend Ed to sell your house if you live in S. Ed was the best. At first my search was directed by the fact that sellers were listing their homes AS IS at prices between $150K and $200K, so I looked at houses I could fix up and move in. Ed met me on many occasion at homes that looked great in the on-line listing and turned out to be real money-pits, yet Ed never complained and ALWAYS offered a professional critique of each property, as well as thoroughly looking at the properties slowly and carefully. n nNext, when I happened upon a great home at the right price for me, Ed was again thorough as we looked at the house, then was tenacious and on top of every aspect of the sale. Ed was complete in his descriptions of my options, and was patient and professional with every question I had put to him. n nThis was extremely important. While there were problems with the seller and the lender, Ed was rock solid and never, never gave me a moment's pause. When things would get hectic and put me in a state of apprehension, Ed was the person who I knew was in control of every one of his responsibilities, thus getting me the home I wanted and at a great price, and with needed concessions from the seller. n nThis is also not my first interaction with Ed. 3 years prior, Ed was my realtor when I sold a home in Pennsauken. And I only gave Ed 8 weeks to sell my house, instead of the usual 3 to 6 month contract. Ed accepted my challenge, and we had a buyer 7 weeks later. n nI have been recommending Ed ever since I sold my home, and I was also praising Ed to my co-workers as he helped me obtain my new house. n nI highly recommend Ed, without reserve! 2016
