The first positive aspect of life around Big Lake, Alaska is the natural beauty of the area. With its vast mountain ranges, crystal blue lakes, and snow-covered tundras, Big Lake offers breathtaking views that can't be found anywhere else.

The second great thing about Big Lake is the abundance of outdoor activities available. From skiing in the winter to fishing in the summer, there are plenty of things to do outdoors in Big Lake. Additionally, there are plenty of trails for hiking, camping and exploring the region's wilderness.

Finally, Big Lake is a great place to raise a family. The small town feel makes for a tightknit community with plenty of family-friendly activities. There are several schools in the area as well as plenty of local businesses that cater to families.

The only unappealing thing about Big Lake is the cold weather. During the winter months temperatures can get extremely cold and snowfall can be heavy. Despite this, however, many people still enjoy living in this beautiful place and find ways to enjoy the cold weather!
