Wadley is a small village in Randolph County, Alabama with a population of approximately 751 people. The village was incorporated in 1906 and was originally a stop on the rail line between Union Springs and Anniston. Wadley is known for its strong community spirit and for hosting the annual Wadley Fall Festival, which draws visitors from throughout the region. The village is also home to a number of historic sites, including the Wadley Baptist Church, which was organized in 1852, and the Wadley Train Depot, which was built in 1906 and now houses the Wadley Library and the Wadley Historical Society.
