James sought out Savannah as the place to earn his degree from the Savannah College of Art and Design in Social Strategy and Advertising. In his studies at SCAD, James has worked to create compelling campaigns across a variety of platforms and develop marketing strategies for the modern consumer.
Real Estate has always been a passion for James which led him to seek out a marketing internship eventually turning into a part-time position with Engel & Vlkers. This knowledge has provided James with valuable skills that he uses daily in negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the brokerage. With three years of real estate marketing experience, James is a newly licensed Real Estate Salesperson and is determined to provide a superior marketing-driven approach to the home selling process.
Originally from New Orleans, James moved to the mountains of the Carolinas at a young age. Having the opportunity of living in some of the most beautiful parts of the South, James is happy to now call Savannah home and is excited to share all Savannah has to offer with his clients.
