I am currently the Triad Regional Manager for Builder Services, Inc. (BSI). Our firm has been steadily growing since opening its doors in 2011 in the Triad. Established in 1986 BSI represents local, regional and national builders and developers in the sales and marketing of new home communities. The extensive network of associates and managers consult and collaborate with clients in product design, land acquisition support, competitive analysis and strategic marketing. BSI is quickly becoming one of the areas leading new home sales firms.
Prior to opening BSI, I worked with Smith Marketing, Inc. (co-owner/ vice president) for over 10 years in the new home sales industry and have worked with many of the top custom builders / volume builders and developers in some of the Triads largest new home communities. Prior to that, I worked with Fortis / Westminster Homes as a Neighborhood Sales Specialist, Atlantic Coast Advertising as an Account Manager and Greensboro Professional Sports as Sales & Marketing Manager. Smith attended Guilford College in Greensboro where he played baseball for the Quakers. He has a wife (Amber) and two children (Tucker, Taelynn).
I am a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina, a member of the Greensboro Home Builders Association and was the Associate Member of the Year in 2007. I am also a past chairman for the Parade of Homes and Triad Sales & Marketing Council. I am also a member of the Greensboro Regional Realtors Association, National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), and North Carolina Home Builders Association.
