I am a Realtor that truly enjoys her job. Working with buyers I would have to say is one of the most rewarding things that I do. The face of a buyer when he/she walks into a home for the first time and says, This feels like home is a GREAT feeling. For me to be a part of finding a home that is perfect for a newly wed couple to start their lifes together in, for the couple that needs more space because a baby is now on the way or the couple that needs to retire in a small easy to care for home is absolutely a feeling that is indescribable. That is why I do what I do. There is not another job for me that is so rewarding!My sellers on the other hand love it when I list their home at a commission that they are comfortable with, take multiple photos, post them on many web sites and host open houses in order to get their homes under contract. Under contract with only one agent involved results in the seller saving even more on commission. Loving your job makes for a job well done!
