Kris Franks graduated from Centenary College of Louisiana in 2002 with a B.S. in Finance and a B.A. in German. He has more than 16 years combined experience in in real estate and property management. In 1987, at the age of 8, Kris and his family moved to the Fort Worth area from Oklahoma where his mother entered the field of Property Management. While Kris devotes much of his energy to working as a buyers representative and listing agent, he enjoys running his property management and its impactful team of stakeholders. Under our management, our investors real estate portfolios have consistently financed their own capital improvements while building significant equity for the investor.
