MC, a 17th generation Texan and Amy Brat, traveled extensively throughout her life and eventually came home to Austin, TX, when she purchased her first home in the Rosedale neighborhood 20 years ago. I love Austin. I love all of the parks, I love how much green space we have in Austin. I love all of the eclectic, quirky neighborhoods and the established old Austin neighborhoods as well. But, most of all, I love the people here. It is a great place to call home!
After owning an ad agency for 10 years (an experience that has afforded MC keen insight into marketing homes and the business know-how) MC decided it was time to explore her real passion Real Estate Investing. She took to it the best way she knows how hands on. Her initial goal was to be a full time investor, but what she discovered was that she much prefers working with people to help them make smart investments or to sell their home at the highest possible profit. She loves the ins and outs of each transaction and how much she loves guiding her clients through one of the biggest investments they will make. I love how each transaction is so very different. You are constantly learning and that keeps ones mind sharp! So, needless to say, MCs investment business became a side business and her Realtor business became her full time job.
When not working, you will find Martha Cary submersed in her other passions; working in her garden, walking her dogs, swimming, taking art classes, practicing yoga or reading. She truly is a lover of life and working through her passions.
