Jessica Holmes is a lifelong resident of Kilgore. Graduating from Kilgore High School and Kilgore College, she ventured to Louisiana to further pursue her education. Jessica is a graduate of the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication. In 2019, She was honored to be recognized as one of NAR Realtor Magazine's 30 Under 30 Class. In 2018, she was awarded Realtor of the Year and in 2014 was named Rookie of the Year for the Longview Area Association of Realtors. In 2017, she was honored to be the recipient of the Kilgore Chamber of Commerce Rising Star award for Women in Business. Jessica is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the Longview Area Association of Realtors. She serves as the 2021 Chairman Elect for the Longview Area Association of Realtors, as well as the Texas Realtors YPN Liaison for 2021. She is a graduate of Leadership Kilgore and Henderson. In 2017, she earned her Brokers license and started East Texas Preferred Properties with her husband and fellow Realtor Greg Holmes. With a unique background in banking, customer service and marketing, Jessica is ready to assist you with your real estate needs.
