Courtney is a graduate of Salisbury University where she played varsity tennis. She holds her MBA in Marketing from Wilmington University. Courtney and her husband reside on the Eastern Shore. She is a board member of Rebuilding Together Kent County and the Queen Anne's Mental Health Committee. She enjoys traveling, golfing, and fishing as often as possible.
