Talk about local! A French Huguenot, Peter's paternal ancestor settled in New Paltz in 1686. His great grandfather on his mother's side was the horse-and-buggy doctor of Woodstock from 1900. Also a direct descendent of the Claremont Livingston's, Peter can help you lay claim to, or divest, your piece of the Hudson Valley or the Catskill Mountains!
A hospitality professional, Peter owned and operated prominent commercial property in Woodstock with multiple restaurants, a theater, a radio station and several residential units, participating in all phases of property management, planning and governmental approval processes. Peter feels good old-fashioned customer service and attention to detail is universal to all business, including and especially the real estate profession.
As a member of Woodstock's Town Council, Peter negotiated the acquisition of key real estate for the Town and successfully resolved a zoning issue--yielding increased affordable housing for Woodstock as part of that deal. President of the Woodstock Chamber of Commerce and head coach of Onteora High School boys' varsity basketball team are also on Peter's resume of public service.
Peter's practical experience and the quilt of his connections to our community positions him to best welcome you as the newest patch. He would love to serve you next!
