Raised in East Texas in the small town of Liberty City, Jennifer went to Sabine ISD from Kindergarten through senior year, graduating amongst the top in her class in 2003. She went on from there to graduate with a Bachelor's of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler majoring in Business Management and Human Resources. After having her last child, Jennifer decided to go into teaching to be more available to her children. She obtained Teaching Certifications in Upper Level Mathematics, General Business, and Career Development & Marketing. After teaching for 5 years, Jennifer knew she wanted to be back in the business world. Real Estate combined Jennifer's love for family, business, and helping others. Growing up and now raising a close family she recognized the importance of creating a space for families to gather. Using her education and willingness to learn new things, Jennifer decided to pursue her license. While working as a Realtor, she also worked as the Transaction Coordinator then moved up to the position of Director of Operations for a local real estate company. Working as the Transaction Coordinator and Director of Operations fully equipped Jennifer with the knowledge needed to handle every detail in the real estate transaction from contract to closing. After 4 years, she knew it was time for a change so she transitioned to EXP Realty. They provided the backing to form her own group, Jennifer Phillips Realty Group. After working on her own with a cloud brokerage for 4 years, she knew she wanted to go further in her real estate career and it was time to take a huge leap. She pursued her broker license and formed her own brokerage Texas Lane Realty. Texas Lane is based in the Kilgore/Longview/Tyler Area. Jennifer is a Member of the Longview Area Board of Realtors, National Board of Realtors, & the Texas Association of Realtors and both the Longview and Tyler MLS systems..
