I came to real estate two years ago from a home improvement and remodeling business, and with my extensive hands-on experience in the brick and mortar aspect of home-buying as well as the ins and outs of the Bay Area real estate market, there is no one better equipped to help you sell or create your new home.
Having had a thriving career as a licensed remodeling contractor for many years, I helped homeowners in the southern Bay Area turn their houses into their dream homes. I also worked side by side with leading real estate agents in the community, helping their clients to evaluate condition of prospective homes to buy and helping sellers prepare their homes for sale. In 2007, I graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, specializing in Finance, from Capella University. With my experience in business and finance, and as a trusted expert in my previous profession, I am able to answer questions and help my clients in ways that other agents cannot my unique combination of skills is crucial to helping my clients know the state and true value of the property they are buying or selling, as well as what it is capable of becoming.
My family and I have been living in the San Francisco Bay Area for over 20 years. After 15 great years in the Cambrian Park area we moved to Almaden Valley in 2015. My two children have grown up here, attended the excellent schools in the area, and played on these streets. My daughter attended Lone Hill and Noddin Elementary Schools, Union Middle School, and Leigh High School - and she loved them. My son has been at Noddin and Los Alamitos Elementary, and not only are all of these schools in great districts and highly rated, but the communities around them are tight-knit and friendly like no others.
I know this area like the back of my hand, and am eager to help others find homes for their families in the beautiful south Bay Area.
