Ian was born in New Mexico and attended elementary school locally before moving to Las Vegas, Nevada. Ian worked for 8 years at McCarren International Airport as customer service supervisor before starting his career in real estate. For four busy years, Ian was involved in over 150 transactions in the booming Las Vegas real estate market. He has a keen understanding of how important good service is to having a successful transaction and more than satisfied clients.
Ian came home to Los Alamos in 2006 where the Maes family first moved some 60 years ago. A number of Maes family members still work and reside in Los Alamos, and relocation has been very rewarding for Ian, his wife Davina, and their two young sons.
