About Brad AndersonMy Client-First Philosophy I was born and raised on the southern Oregon coast where my father was a realtor and an insurance salesman whom served his clients with honesty and integrity. I studied realestate at LCC and got my license in 1980. I did very little real estate because of the 80's recession and started McKenzie Tire in Springfield in 1982 and in Eugene in 1995 selling the company in 1997 and started Real Estate again. Having owned my own businesses in the Springfield-Eugene area for the last twenty eight years and because of this experience I am working in both residential and commercial real estate. There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work. I have experience in not only family homes but also in residential investments and multifamily. I have the C-RIS (Certified Residentail Investment Specialist) designation in which I'm able to find and recommend good investment property for my clients. I'm member of the local CID commercial brokers organiztion. I both list and sell commercial, apartments, industrial, land & buildings. That said, in my experience as a Eugene/Springfield real estate professional, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently.
