Born and raised in Guatemala, I came to the USA in may of 1997, when I was 18 years old. I lived in Southern California for 6 years until we decided to move to the Reno/Sparks area. My family and I have enjoyed Northern Nevada to the fullest....the lakes, the rivers, the snow, fishing, camping, etc.
As a foreigner that now is a US Citizen, and that has seen and been through harsh times growing up, I can honestly say that I understand the struggles a family can face when trying to become home owners; at the same time, because I also know the feeling of accomplishment that owning a home gives to a person, I have dedicated my Real Estate career to help people reach their goal of homeownership. As a Christian and a family man, I have enjoyed seeing my daughters, Estefany and Valeria, grow and have spent as much time as I can with them, either coaching their soccer teams, attending soccer tournaments, camping, etc., but more importantly trying to teach them values and plant in their heart love and respect for God and people. God has blessed me with an amazing wife, Dunia K, a woman that has supported me for almost 20 years and is a huge part of my career as a Realtor.
90% of my business is referral based; I truly enjoy selling Real Estate and I do not see it as a job...to me is a career and I see myself doing this for the rest of my life if our Creator allows me.
