When I say Elisa did more for us than any other real estate agent we have worked with....it is not even close! Elisa was fantastic to work with and was extremely knowledgeable of the Boone area and all of the rules around rental properties. She invested time to ensure our showings were as efficient as possible from lining the up properties and ensuring we were going with the flow of traffic to acquiring the gate codes for the various properties ahead of time. She helped us narrow down our fairly broad search criteria to a few critical have to have items that ultimately helped us purchase the perfect property for us. You will not find a more knowledgeable, professional, in the Boone area of North Carolina. I can not sing her praises strongly enough; with a suggestion I was given her name! I could not be more pleased with the service I was provided! We wrote a contract for my home in February, and did not close until October during this entire time she stayed in touch, provided answers, negotiated obstacles, and was just overall fantastic!
