This agent truly deserves an honest review of his process and how he works on the seller side. He has listed a home in Hoffman Estates and the way he is handling the selling process is by taking the greediness to a whole new level, he wants to make the buyers more desperate in this low inventory market. I will not reveal the details, but client bought a house in earlier in the year for X amount, remodeled it and now listing it at the same price he bought it earlier in the year, which doesnt make sense because any seller would list it at a higher price to make profit after paying for his remodeling, closing costs etc.
He hosted an open house for two days and got over 600 people, what does that tell you? He doesnt care about buyers because instead of having 40 people bid on it, he wants to have 200 people bid on it and make this market and buyer vulnerable! OH NOT TO MENTION, the BUYER WILL PAY THE COMMISSION FOR SELLER AND AGENT!
The sad part is he doesnt see anything wrong with this - God bless him!!
