Karen, was great and patient with us. We had two good contracts but when the buyer asked for too much we opted out. Most agents would have pushed for the sale. Karen went out and got a 3rd contract for more value than the first two. She went through a lot of hoops to get it closed but she sold the house. I would highly recommend Karen.
