Josiah helped me through everything from getting the house ready to put on the market, to keeping in contact and letting me know when it was shown and even giving me feedback about the showing and if the prospective buyer was interested or not, and if not, why. The house was put on the market in May and sold by August! Josiah was always there to answer calls or emails if I had questions, and letting me know what I needed to do, whether it be to get an appraisal, or have the water checked, and either gave me the phone numbers to call, or contacting them and having them to call me to set up an appointment to get the job done.I never sold a house before and learned a lot while selling this house and Josiah helped to make it a pleasant experience. I made an offer on a house around Jan 25. I got an offer on my home about Feb 5. Closing didn't occur until 4/24 due to needs of my buyer. Toni's team was diligent about getting us through the negotiation process on both selling and purchasing. Despite Covid-19 presenting new territory for all of us, Toni's team Josiah Vanderheyden (Selling) and Greg Sauders (Buying) we made it through and closed on both homes the same day. They kept us informed on what was happening in the marketplace, the mood of negotiations, and the landscape as Illinois was shut down back in March.
