The Wright group was excellent. They helped me find my dream home. After looking at countless homes Martha showed me a property that was still under construction but they showed me what everything would look like once finished. Martha really took care of us throughout the process of finding a vacation home. We really appreciated her experience and expertise. She gave us good advice and insight on improvements we could make and what potential there might be in the various properties we looked at. She also fought hard for us and communicated to the seller on our behalf on our various issues and concerns we had with the property we ended up purchasing. There was a mistake made on our final paperwork, which would have cost us over $2500. Martha worked diligently and communicated with the seller repeatedly to get that money back for us! She steered us away from purchasing a home that flooded each year. The house we found later and wanted had multiple buyers. She spoke to the other realtor and convinced them that ours was the good bid. She was the only reason we were able to get a mortgage because the roof leaked so she found a roofer to fix the roof on a holiday, in the rain and cold and got us a roof certification so the loan would close. She is incredible!
