Christa Ross exceeded our expectations in every way. She helped us price our house in Penn Hills and determine what work needed done in order to sell it at that price point. She even predicted how long it would be on the market and her predictions proved correct in all ways. She was professional and communicative and never left us guessing what was going on with a showing or an offer. Also, since we were out of the country doing some extensive travel during the time the house was being renovated and then consequently put on the market, Christa spent multiple hours of her own time meeting contractors, staging the house with furniture and decor, and solving all those million and one dilemmas that come up during the selling of a house.
