Sue had some excellent ideas that would make the house stand out among others. The house was located in Syracuse, NY but we lived in Mount Pleasant, SC. She understood the urgency to get this house off our plate. The house was on the market for 8 days before it sold (over asking price). Sue was upfront with what people may not like about the house - some things were out of our control - such as a big slope of the backyard. But she made sure to concentrate on things that would peak a buyer's interest - such as the total living space, the huge workshop, etc. I received (and accepted) an offer about 15 hours after my husband passed.
