We had never sold a house before and 2021 was probably a really bad place to start. The market and demand spikes were all over the place. We wanted what everyone wants, max profit and zero time on the market. Bonnie put us - despite ourselves - in the right spot. We watched other overpriced homes stay on the market all summer (even in Frisco!) and we are grateful that her market knowledge helped us stay on target for our moving goals. Her professionalism is equaled by her kindness and she was so patient in answering all of our questions. Moreover, I would add that she has an arsenal of vendors at her disposal and we were able to access services because of her strong community relationships. The last thing I would add was that Bonnie was masterful in being available for us. Every call was returned, every email answered, and while the process itself was exhausting we could always count on her to be there for us.
