My father passed of covid in January. We could not have the service until March. As his only child and sole heir, it was up to me. It was difficult because of the distance and time zone difference. During that time, I received unsolicited calls and mail from realtors and home buyer entities (tasteless and insensitive). After the funeral on March 8th me and my family were emptying the house. Realtors would stop by, none of them gave me a good feeling. David had sold my uncle's house and he really liked Dave so I asked if he could have David call me. Dave called and came over. My family was there with me. When we met David we knew right away his was the realtor for us. He was friendly, personable and had great advice. The house was a late 1920's craftsman style, my family had been in since the early 1930's. Because of the double lot we thought it would be a knockdown. David said no. He had great ideas that did not cost much at all, that would help the house shine. Because of the distance involved David took care of all the paperwork that had to be filed in person at the township offices. David was phenomenal, he was always available for questions, and he got the house sold quickly. He is great at what he does, and he is up front, fair, honest and he keeps you apprised of exactly what is going on! If you need a realtor, I would highly recommend that you consider David! 2022

Hes accessible, patient, takes the time needed to explore a house, and provided good advice about how to structure our offer. He communicates in a timely manner and gets the job done.
