Carol Libbon was helpful and instrumental in the sale of our 115 acre farm; not something the every day buyer is looking for. Carol placed ads in relevant online magazines to target the right buyer needed to entrust our unique property. The professional company she hired to take pictures, highlighted the true beauty of the place. In addition, Carol and her staff came over to "stage" the rooms so that they were presentable and looked nice, bringing in some of her own personal items to help set the rooms. Carol would either call, text, or email me on all updates and inquiries to the property.
