With her many years of experience, knowledge of the area and wonderful reviews, we decided to hire Robin. She is one of the most professional realtors we have used. Her warm personality and hardwork in helping us find and close on our home was impeccable. We were impressed with the level of service she provided and would not hesitate to use her again. How much does she hate her life to constantly try and make things difficult for others. When I spoke to a real estate attorney to deal with her madness on my listing, I was told she's a known snake in the grass and he regretted that I got involved at all. He advised she didn't have a case and her refusal to 'release my listing' after she got fired was cause to sue her myself. She also kept my keys, refusing to return them... where the attorney told me to call the sheriff if I wanted. She got one lead on my property that she didn't set active in MLS nor take photos nor really market beyond this one lead. I told her I wanted my property to go up and I wanted to see all offers because I believed, due to interest, there would be a bidding war. She literally said, after writing the buyers offer as a 'customer' that the buyer doesn't want to be in a bidding war. I said ... I do and I'm your client so this is what you're supposed to do. She said well I have a full price offer and you, legally, have to accept it. I said no ma'am, I do not. I will not accept the terms of that offer, which included a lease back. I refuse lease backs in every property I sell and, yet again, she pushed the buyers priorities over mine, yet argued she wasn't blurring the lines of a dual agent. I listed with another firm... we did get in a bidding war... and I got $15K over the price Robin was trying to force me to take. She thought she'd send the other brokerage that they couldn't list the property since it was still hers, too. Being her own broker, she's completely enabled to be this crazy. I imagine she'll try to file a court case after I close on this property. However, the attorney said no one in town would represent her as her behavior is known and that I wouldn't go without representation myself.
