My husband and I have used David Parrish about 13 years. David has sold five houses for us and we have bought one that he has shown us. Let me tell you he is your guy to sell your house!! Everyone of our houses received a contract on house within a month except for two which one received a contract in two months and one in 8 days! 8 days!! David will come to your home and let you know what is needed to help sell you house like declutter, paint, etc., and if you will listen to him, it will sell.
