Sharon helped us sell our home and purchase our new home. Due to the septic field failing, the sell of our home got complicated. Sharon kept the buyers informed and happy. When it came to purchasing our home, we went through three homes before we found our current home (which we love). The three we did not buy either failed inspection miserably, had a realtor (for the seller) who complicated things or we lost the house since we were not willing to pay enough for that particular one. Through it all Sharon remained patient, encouraging and candid with us. Everything you need from a professional. As a bonus, she really has an eye for staging a home in a cost effective way.
