Susan Lare and Steve Weichman are probably the best RE agents my wife and I have ever worked with. Not only were they knowledgeable and answered our questions/concerns, the attentiveness in responding quickly is unlike something we have ever experienced. Not only were they our "buyer-brokers" but they made us feel at ease...and like newly found friends.
They both worked extremely well, complimenting each other in the sense each one knew what the other was doing and they handled their separate but coordinated responses well.
I don't know how to better describe their work, but I would recommend them to anyone I know without hesitation and with 5++ rating.

(Susan you know what I'm talking about on this one) I thought I was going to be in a tight spot and I was speechless when she was able to bring me some extra help when I told her my situation.
