We were given Arla's contact information by a colleague from my company who had just recently went through an out of state transfer themselves. After the past couple of moves and not being satisfied with the areas we moved to we decided to rent for a year. We came down for a few days to look for something and Arla, knowing we were only going to be renting, gave us many listings and drove us around one day showing us the entire Lafayette area. Once we decided on a rental she helped in all aspects to get everything set up with the landlord. Over the next year she was constantly in contact with us and when we decided it was time to buy she picked right back up where we left off and we had our home in less than a month.
