Sandy helped us sell our condo after another realty company failed to do so in one year. She got the best price for us considering the length of time the condo was on the market. There were always handouts in the condo (which our first realtor never had done) and she gave us feedback on our showings without being asked to do so.

When I started working with Sandy Dwyer, I thought I was in an unworkable situation. Just 12 months earlier, I bought a new house. Then unexpectedly I needed to relocate to another city and I had no other option, but to sell it off. I panicked that I would lose all my down-payment and not have any money to start with once I moved to a new city.

She lent a hand to estimate the price of my house so that I could have a fair deal without losing my original down payment.
