Kitty came to meet us with her research already done and had previously visited the property to familiarize herself with it. Her price point was higher than I had estimated after doing my own research. I used to be a realtor. She knows the area she serves and recommended a price then said we might be able to push price another 10K. Property sold on first day of listing for a full price, all cash offer. We may have been able to get the other 10K, but why be greedy. Would use Kitty again in a heart beat.
