Andrea was so helpful in the purchasing of our second home. She helped us find a great deal, she was quick and efficient. Every time we met with her we felt like she knew exactly what we were looking for and she did not settle until we found it! We will absolutely use her in the future.
During this time (2014) buying a home in Cypress was challenging. Homes were falling off the market by the hour and we needed to get in a home before our son started middle school that year. Cypress schools were known to be good and we had to make it happen. Andrea was able to explain that the home we looked at fit our monthly budget, our family size and it was in great shape. She was able to navigate us through this process and to this day I am glad we live here. Kids are doing well in a great school and have plenty of space in this awesome. Also during Hurricane Harvey... we were not in a flood zone. We are thankful for Andrea she was super helpful. 2013
