Extremely satisfying experience!, a seller from Moncks Corner, SC
Amy is a blessing! I received notification that I needed to move across the country for work in a short period of time (3weeks). This was a stressful time for me because I also had vacation planned and paid for, but Amy met with my partner and I, provided us with the information we needed for our home selling decision, made suggestions and boy was she right! Originally I was asking too much but she was kinda and also transparent. She broke things down into terms that were easy to understand and still helped us get more for our home than we expected. To add, she sold our home within a matter of days and called me while I was on vacation to give me the good news. AND, as if that wasnt enough, I was stressed now to find a home across the country and she networked to find me a realtor here in WA. Ill tell you she must have some major skills and a fantastic reputation because the agent we worked here was just as wonderful! They helped us find a home in less than a matter of days also, and in that process kept us up to date with videos, paperwork and made our trip less stressful. All I can say is WOW, what a remarkable experience and I feel like we owe it all to Amys character! She. Was. Amazing!! 2017
Amy is hands down, the best realtor in the Charleston area! My partner and I both received a promotion from our company in which we were asked to move to Seattle, WA in a short amount of time in which we had to sell our home ASAP! Amy literally sold our home in Moncks Corner within 3 days of being on the market and even for over asking price!!! She was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process always looking out for our best interest. Amy even went out of her way and found us an amazing realtor in the Seattle area who we ended up purchasing our new home through in Seattle. That experience alone meant the world to us, especially since we didn't know any realtors there or even where to start. She completely went above and beyond in which I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us making the entire home selling process smooth, easy, and stress free. We definitely will be recommending her services to anyone we know who needs to buy or sell a home within the Charleston area, especially if they need to buy or sell a home fast, she is highly recommended by me! 2017
Looking out for her best interest... NOT YOURS!, a seller from Summerville, SC
Sadly, we chose Amy to help us sell our house bc of her previous experience with solar panels and coming highly recommended. However having her did not help us sell our home any faster. She promised to send us weekly updates on how she was promoting our house, my husband and I never received one. Any time i reached out about something, she was JUST ABOUT TO MESSAGE ME! So expect a reactive relationship. After 4 months of having our house on the market, my husband told her to change our Zillow profile and after she "made some updates, which increased our listing. Someone with so much experience I would THINK would be able to spot these when creating the profile. Or at least sooner than month 4. On the DAY of our DELAYED closing, we feel like she mislead us in several ways and felt backed into the corner to close on the house. Over a month later and we haven't heard a WORD from her about the closing, this makes me think she also feels guilty for misleading us in so many different ways. She was NOT looking out for OUR best interest, only her commission for both sides. What a fool we were. :( 2018
