From that initial call to the day we closed, Chris was with us all the way. He was patient and went out of his way to accommodate us and put my entire family at ease and had driven my wife, son and I on three different occasions and spent day after day showing us the homes and different areas and explained in great detail what to look for in a home, property and the different communities we were looking. Quick responses, attention to detail, and more worried about what I am paying than I amwhat else could you ask for? Chris was perfect to work with. Quickly quickly narrowed my search to find exactly what I wanted. Met me at each potental property in under 24 hours AND got the deal worked out so I could move in less than 2 days after getting approval. Chris was on top of the deal at every moment.
Another great thing I didn't mention above was his professionalism. I was looking at a different property earlier in the morning, before our first meeting. I was on the phone with my girlfriend and made the comment to her about how the realitor I was meeting had parked in the middle of the driveway, forcing me to park in the guest parking and walk in the rain to the property. This immediately made me not want to work with the gentleman I was meeting, regardless of how much I liked the home. When meeting Chris for the first time, HE parked in the guest area and made a point of telling me to park in the driveway. It is little details like this that I, and anyone who works with Chris, will enjoy.
