I would highly recommend Jeff! He is a straight shooter and never lied to get a sell. Nor use any high-pressure tactics. Infact, as we looked at houses, he would point out issues that we may have down the road with a property. He was never rushed and always let us take our time when we were looking at houses. When we did find a house that we liked he wrote up the contract on a Saturday afternoon and negotiated with the buyer to accept our contract. Jeff was also there any time I had any questions or concerns about the house we were buying and/or closing. I would give Jeff 10 out of 10 stars! 2023
I met Jeff when he responded to a request to view a home. It was not the right home, but Jeff offered to show me other homes. He asked specific questions about what I was looking for and listened carefully to what I said. Jeff never showed me a home that did not meet my requirements, but quickly adapted when, like many first time buyers, I changed the requirements. When my lender was unable to finance the home due to their internal guidelines, Jeff provided a list of lenders that other clients had worked with successfully. This was a Saturday but he assured me that they would answer the phone. His confidence made me feel confident. Jeff walked us through each step of the process and was a tireless advocate.
