Incredibly difficult to get ahold of. He has 4 numbers that go to assistants and he rarely responds to emails. He has made our purchasing process the most stressful and difficult real estate transaction I have ever been apart of. Wouldn't even recommend him to my worst enemy. He seems content to make buying a house difficult for the simple reason that its no skin off his nose. If you sign a contract and something happens to the property after you've signed he will simply tell you that he is selling the property "as is." Never mind you have a contract that states its to be delivered as it was when the contract was signed. He will simply stall you until you have to either back out and lose money or you will have to pay more to fix something that shouldn't have been an issue. Have a lawyer on retainer when you deal with him.
