Debbie helped us buy our first home over 7 years ago, and she just helped us buy our next (and sell the first one)! The quality of service on the purchase AND sale of our home was outstanding. Debbie had some amazing photos taken of our old home to make sure it sold quickly. We had showings over one weekend with multiple offers, and had accepted an offer by Sunday night. She negotiated with the seller (it was a FSBO) and got the information we needed to make sure we put in the best offer. I would 100% recommend Debbie to anyone! Thanks for helping us once again, Debbie!!

Debbie Woolard is by far the most knowledgeable and honest agent I know. She represented us selling our first home and buying the home we own now. She was professional in all matters and made sure our needs were met by making sure my family and I were happy.

A BIG Thank you! She sold our home.
I want to give a big thank you to our Realtor Debbie Woolard at DebbieWoolard.com for all of her professional Real Estate guidance. She sold our home fast and everything was a smooth. Debbies recommendations from movers, home inspections and even helping us out with the home warranty for the buyers was truly easy and stress free. We had so many options to research and select from to determine which company best fit our needs. Debbie is so well known for her integrity and comes highly recommended within the community, hence the reason for this review.

Not only was Mrs. Debbie Woolard selling our home, her and her team were searching for our new home as well. Our experience was nothing but amazing as Debbie and her team made us feel so special and gave us guidance along every step of the way from selling to buying a new home.

My wife, Kelly and I wanted a Realtor in Virginia Beach that not only had great online reviews, but an ethical and moral background that has been vetted by some of the top businesses within this industry. From the Dave Ramsey group to Howard Hanna and so many more it is easy to see why she is such a valued Realtor.

Communication was so strong and everyone we met knew Debbie and seemed to love her and the work she has done for them over the years. Mrs. Woolard would send us emails daily on new homes while keeping us up to date on our current home that was on the MLS listing. We learned so much from both her and Mr. Hal Woolard that anytime we buy or sell a home we will recommend them.

We closed last Friday and before closing we had already referred the Debbie Woolard Group to several neighbors. One of our neighbors is a military officer and is already utilizing Debbie as they sell their home. As a veteran, I am proud to work with someone who works often with and is trusted by those men and women serving our country.

Thank you much!!!

We chose Debbie to represent us because she had the title Realtor and we were under the impression that realtors were held to a higher standard.

Article 12 of the Realtor's Code of Ethics and Standards and Practices states that "REALTORS shall be honest and truthful in their real estate communications and shall present a true picture in their advertising, marketing, and other representations."

Unfortunately, Debbies actions didnt align with this article, especially when she told us that First American Home Warranty would replace the HVAC unit if it ever broke down. This was not true. Instead of the Warranty company replacing the unit they only gave us $1500 which didnt even make a dent in the amount owed for replacement, which is $5,773. Her involuntary mistakes are costing us time, money and resources that exceeded our expectations.

As first time home buyers we valued her input and trusted that she wouldn't mislead us. We even trusted her referrals and years of experience. We dont believe Debbie maliciously misled us, however she did make a mistake that should be made right. We asked her to make a claim on her error and omission insurance to pay for it, but were told that her insurance wouldnt cover the replacement of our HVAC. Since, according to Managing Broker, Courtenay Mason with Howard Hanna, E&O insurance wont cover the replacement HVAC, we suggested a payment plan of $350 a month for 12 months to cover $4200 of the remaining amount due. So far they have not agreed to any arrangement to make the HVAC situation right. When a realtor wants to create a long term relationship with clients, these things are important. Our experience with Debbie was transactional and we were left to sort through the results of a rushed and ill informed purchase.

Debbie is not the typical realtor. SHE'S AMAZING!!! Debbie is so efficient and good at her job. All the way from our first phone call when she setup our MLS search, to the closing paperwork, she didn't overlook any details. Debbie planned our house hunting days really efficiently with no wasted time. I absolutely loved that! When we found the right house she negotiated our contract really fast. Since we were out of town buyers I couldn't go during the home inspection. Debbie went for us, and she sent me a detailed drawing with measurements of the kids rooms, as well as photos of certain areas of the house. Whenever I asked any type of question she was able to answer it immediately without hesitation. Even when we hit a few bumps in the road with the sellers, she handled it professionally and timely. I really appreciated her referrals, as the last thing I feel like doing is hunt all over the internet for good home inspectors, carpet installers, etc. If you are reading this undecided on a realtor, I am writing this review for you. Choose Debbie, and you won't be disappointed.
