After reading the previous review and I agree 98%! As a selling agent, I would give her 1/2 star! My agent had to practically sit in front of her office to get a call back! I had to have a conversation with the President of the building company to get her to return a call!! After I purchased a NEW BUILD that she was the selling agent for, she refused to give me the bedroom dimensions that she HAD access to!! Thats just one example of her unprofessionalism regardless how long she brags that she has been doing this! Longevity doesn't equate to professionalism!! If you choose to do business with her, keep your anxiety and blood pressure medication on standby! BTW, THATS NOT THE CORRECT ADDRESS. MY ADDRESS IS ON GOLF TERRACE BOULEVARD IN FLORENCE SC.

I bought my house through Natasha in 2014 and she did a great job helping a first time home buyer. 7 years later when I was ready to sell my house, she was an obvious pick. That being said, I wanted to sell my house "as is". Natasha told me she wouldn't put the house on the market for the pricing that I wanted if I sold it "as is". She wanted to put it on the market for $20k less than what I wanted. Basically I was forced to shell out the cash to get it to her standards. In a seller's market, I could have sold this house no problem at the price I wanted. She dictated what I could and couldn't sell my house as is essentially market manipulation. She found a buyer before the house went on the market, which proves that there was a need and strong desire to purchase the home. After the home inspection, I had to remind her to give me the inspection results. And then she gave me a quote to make several repairs. I asked her about refusing to do the repairs and negotiating these repairs; she called me unethical. She tried to pull the "mother card" saying I should do what is right. She doesn't seem to understand that selling the house is a business transaction and not an experience. She forced me into spending more money to do the repairs - remember that I wanted the house to be sold "as is". As a buyers agent, Natasha is great and will make sure you get the result you want. As a sellers agent, she will look after the other buyer more than she will look after you. At the end of the day, my house got sold so props to her, but she ended up costing me money against my bottom line. I have learned a lot from this experience, and I will not let myself get pushed around by a realtor. I hope others can learn from this experience as well and not let Natasha force her agenda on them.
