Unethical. I worked with A.J. on a home purchase. I submitted an offer and got outbid. I told him to raise the offer $40,000. He told me that my new offer wouldn't matter due to the fact the current offer was significantly higher than what would be my new offer. I offered $225,000. I just found out the house sold for $187,000. This guy should have his license pulled. Unethical!!! Did he hold it for a friend or relative? This guy is BS!
