Dennis helped us buy the house we live in, he was professional and super knowledgeable. He knows the area better than anyone and has a background in construction, he is not your average real estate agent. He gives back to the community and when it comes to character you won't find a better one.
Dennis is great! He helped us with more than we could have asked for! We started looking into selling our house to start looking for a new place to call home when we decided to contact Dennis. Of course like many others selling a home I was stressed out about the whole process, getting it cleaned up, looking nice, fixing things that home buyers might notice and just the thought of it being on the market was stressful. Dennis made sure ALL of that was taken care of. He knew who we needed to call if something was wrong or if something needed a fixing. He also knew so much about other houses in the area that he knew exactly what we could make off of our house. Our house was on the market for only a couple days before his marketing skills really paid off! Any real estate agent needs for my future will be going to Dennis Morgan for sure!!!!
