We had a negative experience with Ms. Smith. We wanted to move near our son. found a perfect home. Asked to see it. She said it was off market. She lied to us. We found out later she was holding it for a special client who bought it mos. later. The owners told us she held it for them. Ms. S. ;pushed 3 other places, wanted us to make a decision right away. We felt rushed. We don't recommend Ms. Smith. We aren't using our email for fer of reprisal from Ms. Smigh

It was a pleasure to work with Karlene Smith when we bought a house in Tidioute. Not only is she a fun and caring person, she is great at her job. She responded to my initial email inquiry on Thanksgiving night, and we made arrangements to view the property within days. While the property that prompted our relationship wasn't quite right, she listened to what we wanted and showed us the house we bought later that same day. It was a foreclosure, and she guided us through the process. She prepared us for the inevitable delays and hurdles, while keeping us calm when repairs were needed before closing. We ended up using every recommendation she provided, from the home inspector to insurance agent to mortgage company. She is knowledgeable, and her contacts in the Warren County are strong. Karlene helped us buy the riverfront weekend home of our dreams!
