There are many incredible things about Hedy, from her professionalism to her attitude but one thing that stood out to me was her knowledge of issues and watch outs when looking at homes. Working with Hedy was the most wonderful experience. I bought a gorgeous house in Avon, CT after actually looking at about 40 properties with Hedy over the course of a year until I found the perfect place for my family. Hedy guided me through negotiating with the sellers, their attorney, and also helped with inspections. She scheduled and attended the closing and was so gracious in all aspects of the process. Years later when we became empty nesters, she also worked with me to stage the property, arrange for beautiful pictures (including fantastic aerial photography) and market the property. She assisted me with scheduling showings, finding qualified applicants, helping during the buyer's inspection process and again assisting with negotiations with the buyer's representatives. The moving and closing went smoothly despite Covid restrictions. I cannot say enough about Hedy's professionalism, personality, patience and kindness.
