Lynn Milone is everything you need in a realtor. The short story is : I had a sound cash offer -over asking price - in two days. The longer story is why I really recommend her: I came late to a hot market- with both a tenant and a house that I felt was not quite ready. I lived 21/2 hours away. I feared I might have missed the boat and that the house wouldnt sell and Id be an unwilling landlord forever . Lynn knew better - She knew the market and saw the good points in my home and neighborhood. Her price analysis was spot on. She managed to reassure me that shed get the job done. And then, by God, SHE GOT IT DONE. At 1 pm on a Monday I decided to list. By 3 she had taken great photos , written an exciting description, got the listing agreement to me and completed, she helped me make some informed decisions and we were up on the MLS. 3 hours later the house had been shown twice , there were 6 showings for the next day and more for the day following. At 9 pm on Wednesday she called (apologizing for calling late ) with a cash offer -over asking price- and the details of a potential backup. She didnt rush or pressure my decision ; we showed the house a bit longer to see what else might be out there before I took the offer. So - pretty good- right? But she didnt let up. She worked closely with my tenant so she was ok with this process I needed a lawyer and the person she recommended was responsive and managed to work around various COVID related scheduling hiccups. When the inspection turned up problems real and imagined she recommended an electrician who quickly helped resolve the issues quickly and economically. She ALWAYS got right back to me about all questions and qualms within a short time, ALWAYS. She listened carefully and never left me hanging. She has a good sense of humor ( which really helps) and obviously loves her work . This gives her great patience with the ups and downs of the process and the emotions that go with them.
