She provided valuable insight on suggestions for Mortgage provider where it was clear to her I was getting a raw deal from the provider I had lined up myself. Specifically, when I was told the going rate for a VA Home loan with no money down was 3.5% she recommended two other mortgage providers, from the first one I tried I was able to get locked in at 2.375%. She provided multiple recommendations as well with regards to home warranty companies and inspection companies. Carla Rogers was so much more than a realtor to our family. We have used Carla in the past but this time we were pretty much purchasing sight unseen, and we would only trust her with relaying information, knowing our likes and dislikes and understanding our family needs. Carla went above and beyond what a realtor does, she drove to Stephenville (about 2 hours away) to look at and work outside of her local area for us and when Stephenville didn't work out she drove to Graham (which is almost an hour away) to show us a property there we were interested in. When Graham didn't work out, she kept us motivated and continued to show us properties over and over again. After finding a property we loved and made yet another offer on only to find out the VA would not loan on it, Carla was the one that kept us encouraged. We did finally find a property that was in foreclosure, which is not something we have ever done before. Carla kept us informed and counseled us with her professional expertise, she became our dear friend in the process and was on speed dial for a few months. Being a first time home buyer, I needed someone who knew the market and the ins and outs of real estate in Wichita Falls.

I didn't know what kind of house I wanted and feared I would end up with a house I wasn't satisfied with. Carla tells you the features of the house without selling it. She is professional and straight forward, telling you the pros and cons of each house. Carla is figuring out what you are looking for.

As soon as our bid was accepted, Carla took us to her office that night to fill out paperwork so it could be FedEx'ed the next day as we were on a deadline. There were many deadlines to be met and hoops to jump through to get this house and Carla was on top of it all.
