Janet understood our interests (school districts, sq ft, storage, acreage, etc.) and found several options. She was available via text, phone, and email. She was always positive and supportive. She had prior experiences that she shared, which helped my wife and I look into details we hadn't considered. The house we bought was from a private seller, and Janet made sure all of their information/documentation was in place to allow the loan approval process to move smoothly. If we ever choose to move again, I hope she will be our agent.
